Refund Policy

After we have begun work on your case, if for any reason we must stop work prior to filing and/or completion of the case, any refund of legal fees will be prorated and will depend upon total legal fees paid and actual time spent by our office on your case prior to stopping work. Please note that we cannot refund legal fees that are applied to time actually spent working on your case.
